Hi,

I'm filling out an app for a p/t job. And the question is:

Can you perform the functions (essential and/or marginal) of this job, with or without reasonable accomodation?

I've never had a question like this, of course I am 100% able to perform any job function. And it is a clerical postion.

How would you answer?

It means do you need any thing to help you perform the job such as special desk or chair not considered reasonable. In your case you can say yes, you can perform the functions of the job with or without reasonable accomodations. The dictionary works well to look up the words you are unsure of.
