How to find A Qualified Party with 3 years Management I don't need money - I will pay you or make u working or silent partner

I DO NOT NEED MONEY!!! I was ready to open a Security Guard company and was told by DPS that my 10 + yrs as a Loss Prevention Manager and experience as a Deputy Sheriff would not work. I have to find a person with 3 or more yrs of experience as a Security Guard Manager/Supervisor or Police Supervisor. I DON'T NEED MONEY!!! I have everything ready to go - Vehicles, badges, uniform selection, light bars and the list goes on. I will pay or go in as partners.

I am curious about your company. If in fact that you do find someone would you need security officers to work as well? If you are please send me an email. I am looking for a full time position due to my current security company only has work during large events such as cardinals games and so forth.
