Dispatcher looking for a few good trucks to load

I want to be able to do dispatchers work, My dad has a truck and i want to help him get loads but i don't want to work for a broker, i want to be able to do it all by myself. any advice?

We are growing this business, we have this business for Texas and we have another propective client in Salisbury, North Carolina. Same shipment but could be much larger. These are not huge now, but I think the way the freight is growing it could work for you.

I dispatched for my husband. Yes you can do it by yourself. You dont need much to do it. A computer and a telephone and fax machine. Just sign up for a load board and you are good to go...
