Resume Distribution

I have personally never heard much of anything positive about resume distribution services. A few people have had luck with Resume Spider but I typically advise against using these services.

I've heard good things about Resume Spider too. JobGoRound.com seems to do a good job of only promoting reputable companies.

I have been a salesman in the building supply industry for over 18 years. The problem is I have been at five different companies over the the last five years. Since I moved to this state the first job i took wasn't what I thought it would be after moving across the country to take it. The next place I worked went out of business after 3 month's. The next job was great and lasted four years until the economic down-turn. I quit that job thinking I would prosper better elsewhere, then the bottom dropped out and the last two years has had me at two different jobs, the last one I just got laid off from.
Problem; If I only put the last four or five jobs I've had on my resume it isn't going to look very good. Sometimes job applications only ask for the last four or five job's. What do I do to make myself look attractive to employers?
