Make your resume like a Chameleon, have it change to whatever the posting reads, since HRs use resume scanners, so make the keywords match within reason. However don't lie on your resume, but accentuate aspects your normally wouldn't for other positions.

Also point this fact out in a cover letter that you would like to change careers, begin in a new environment, etc.
