What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at iQor?

What do you like best about working at iQor? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

They start the supervisors out at $40,000. The bonuses they steal from you. There is so much corruption in this place you will never see the money unless you are part of the choosen that the vp likes you. Don't count of being one of the choosen. They are now promoting within and starting the "supervisors" with 15.00 per hour. These new "supervisors" are not qualified to be in this position with no other management experience to bring to the position, but Iqor saves money this way. They have managed to fire all the long term supervisors that has salaries of $40,000 an up.
