Terrible Customer service culture

Feedback on Verengo Home Energy Solutions

I have serious concerns about this company. They call offering deep discounts on solar panel installation. Once you have set up an appointment for an estimate, they call every day after that to "confirm" but are just trying to sell you more stuff. Also, they ask a lot of intrusive personal questions, which made me suspicious that this might be an identity theft scam. That and the last phone call I got from a really annoying guy called <Edited by Host: Name Removed> was too much and I cancelled. Please warn people to stay away from Verengo.
