Do you work at The Diversified Companies? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

Don't bother working for Divisified !!! The promise (carrot)is to work leads that have already been called and worked ad nauseum by other reps who paid $18 per lead. They say to call these "cold" or what you could say are C quality leads to see if you have the stuff it takes to prospect and make scheduled appts, in prospects homes to sell em.
By the time you get to see em they've (prospects) has been called by 5 other companies and been pitched by them already. After 3 months of this grind of 4-5 appts a week.
You might make a little money. You're always being promised you can buy your leads after the 3 months of training---but you CAN'T buy them and you're screwed at this point. So you
can continue to work the old leads and scratch at what you can---cause they aren't gona sell you the fresh leads. IF
other more senior sales reps want to buy leads they get what
is available. You get diddley!!!

Thanks for the information on their company
policies. Sounds like it might work for those on the inside. Impossible for those trying to make a start of it.
