HELP KBR PLUMBER VACANCY

Hi

My partner has been trying so hard to get a job as a plumber with KBR. He is fully qualified and has all his gas certificates etc and he is the highest qualified in his company yet he cannot seem to get any interest in the recruiters. We heard it was more likely for the recruiters to be interested if someone working for KBR puts you forward, is this true??? can someone help so he can get a job with them???

im a spark and was booked to fly out on sunday there but they cancelled it on fri becuse there is a hiring freeze on for plumbers and electricians just now! my friend was goin as a plumber and i have a plumber recruiters email who he was dealing with! sometimes it takes weeks for them to get back to you but if you post your email address on this i will send you her phone number and her email they are still working as there 6 hours behind us! if you want it! but they will only tell you the same thing but its worth a shot il be online for the next hour or so good luck

they usually reply to your email directly in about half an hour or so

did u get your email ok?

there is a cap on all jobs with kbr i think it has something to do with troops pulling out of iraq and redeploying to afganistan
and i think all those that are in iraq working for kbr are all given the chance to redeploy to afganistan and i think they are going to see how many will go or quit .

does anyone knows what kind of tests new hires(plumbers and electricians)are to pass before they are hired,appart WABI test and medical screen.

Looking for a KBR recruiter for plumbers.My recruiter is no longer there and I can't get any info.I just returned from Iraq 3 months ago and I'm ready to head back.
